Leveau explained, “Our strategic choice was to go for a sprint in this Surf Coast Classic. Laurens was the designated rider to ride behind the breakaways. As we approached the finish, there was a decisive spot that required us to be in the top 10 of the pack. Dan and Miles were further back at this point. In the end, Dan finished 10th.”
