Thomas Gachignard, a promising young French cyclist, has signed a two-year contract with Team TotalEnergies. Gachignard previously rode for the Saint Michel-Mavic-Auber 93 team before making the move to the ProTeam.
Gachignard expressed his excitement about the signing, stating, “For me, this signing is the result of a lot of sacrifice. I’ve achieved quite a few small results, so my aim was to move up to a ProTeam… I’m very happy to be signing for the Team.”
He also emphasized his appreciation for the team’s family spirit, saying, “The TotalEnergies Team is first and foremost a team with a family spirit, which is important for me, to feel confident and to see that this confidence is reciprocated. It’s a young and dynamic team, which suits me very well.”
>Gachignard shared his objectives for the upcoming season, stating, “My objectives for the coming season are… to help the team as much as possible to take home victories in any type of race, and personally, I’d like to take as many good places as possible while obviously being regular.”
