INEOS Grenadiers Finish Fifth in Challenging Team Time Trial at Pairs-Nice

The INEOS Grenadiers displayed a strong performance in the team time trial, securing a fifth-place finish on the third stage of Pairs-Nice. The 27-kilometer course to Auxerre presented challenges with tough climbs and a demanding ramp towards the finish line.

During the race, the Grenadiers showed their determination, holding a provisional third place at the intermediate time check, trailing the top team by six seconds. The team continued to push through the rapid run-in, ultimately finishing 22 seconds behind the eventual winners, UAE – Team Emirates.

Despite the tough competition, the result allowed Egan Bernal to maintain his top 10 position in the General Classification, with Carlos Rodriguez and Laurens De Plus following closely in 11th and 13th places respectively. Overall, the team’s performance showcased their strength and determination in the face of challenging conditions.
