Israel – Premier Tech and Ekoï Renew Technical Apparel Partnership

Israel – Premier Tech is pleased to announce the extension of its technical apparel partnership with Ekoï through to 2027. The French high-performance brand will continue to provide IPT with race clothing, helmets, and sunglasses for the next two seasons.

The renewal builds on a successful collaboration that began in 2023, during which time Ekoï has played an integral role in IPT’s success, offering cutting-edge equipment designed with speed, comfort, and innovation in mind.

For IPT General Manager Kjell Carlström, the decision to extend the partnership was driven by a shared commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, particularly significant as IPT eyes a return to the WorldTour in 2026.

When it comes to technical apparel, helmets, and sunglasses, I believe, with Ekoï, we are using the best in the business,” says Carlström. “When we first partnered with Ekoï three years ago, they already brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their production but together, using the feedback our riders and performance team have provided, Ekoï have elevated their products and technical know-how to another level. The relationship between Ekoï’s experts and our performance team, and our shared desire to push the boundaries when it comes to innovation makes this an incredibly exciting partnership, and one that we are thrilled to renew.”

Ekoï’s technical capabilities have been on display on the biggest stage in cycling at this year’s Tour de France. Alongside the launch of IPT’s fan-favourite special edition jersey, Ekoï launched the R Aero Helmet and S Aero Sunglasses, combining stylish design while prioritizing performance with a strong emphasis on aerodynamics, comfort, and ventilation.

Founded in 2001, Ekoï is now one of the most prominent brands in the professional peloton, with the partnership with IPT increasing the brand’s international visibility.

Jean Christophe Rattel, Ekoï founder, says:I am extremely happy to continue our partnership with the Israel – Premier Tech team. This collaboration offers us valuable global visibility during races, but it’s also the incredible relationship with the team that makes it truly unique. The riders and the staff are highly skilled, and it’s a real pleasure to work with them. They’ve almost become our go-to testing lab, allowing us to develop increasingly innovative products. We fully support their recruitment strategy and their commitment to developing young talent toward the highest level — an approach that perfectly aligns with our vision of cycling, centered on innovation, dedication, and excellence.

Moreover, Ekoï has been extremely responsive to our specific requirements, and has invested heavily in research and development to deliver what I consider to be among the absolute best products in the sport. I thank Ekoï, including owner Jean Christophe Rattel, for their loyalty and confidence in our team.”
