Team Jayco AlUla is gearing up to take on the challenging 215km course of Strade Bianche with a diverse and competitive squad led by Italian rider Filippo Zana. Zana, alongside teammates such as Alessandro De Marchi, Davide De Pretto, and Lawson Craddock, is prepared to tackle the 71.5 kilometers spread across 15 gravel sectors in this prestigious race.

Speaking about his hopes for the race, Filippo Zana expressed his desire to be a prominent figure among the top riders, stating, “For Strade Bianche, I hope to be a protagonist and to be amongst the best riders. It is a very beautiful race; I think it’s my favourite race in the season.”

Team Jayco AlUla’s Sport Director, Dave McPartland, commented on the team’s strategy and readiness for the event, highlighting the experience of riders like De Marchi and the potential of debutants De Pretto and Engelhardt. McPartland emphasized the challenges ahead, noting the formidable nature of the race: “As always, it will be a monstrous day with no hiding, there’s 71km of gravel this year so as always, you’re going to need a bit of luck to survive all the elements.”
