Harold Tejada undergoes successful surgery for collarbone injury

Professional cyclist Harold Tejada has undergone a successful surgery on his right collarbone following a crash during the penultimate stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico race. The procedure took place in Benidorm, and Tejada is now recovering at his residence in Andorra.

“I feel good after the surgery which went really successful. Everything is looking pretty well and I hope that my recovery process will go fast. I can’t do that much right now, but at least I am trying to be active, to walk and to provide my body with the rest for a better recovery. I am looking forward to the next few weeks and I hope that soon I can come back to training and racing,” said Harold Tejada.
