Team Bahrain Victorious has officially announced the signing of 22-year-old Belgian cyclist Alec Segaert, a promising addition to their roster. Renowned for his strong performances in time trials and one-day races, Segaert is set to enhance the team’s Classics squad while also providing crucial support for General Classification (GC) contenders during stage events.
In the 2024 season, Segaert showcased his potential with a significant victory in the Individual Time Trial (ITT) at the Renewi Tour, where he also secured an impressive second place in the General Classification. His versatility across diverse terrains promises to make him a vital component of Bahrain Victorious as they pursue success in both single-day and multi-stage competitions.
