Report on the first stage of the Dolomites

Michel Ries and Mickaël Leveau report on the 15th stage of the Giro d’Italia between Manerba del Garda and Livigno.
Jenthe Biermans, who crashed on the Mortirolo descent, underwent an initial X-ray of his pelvis and lumbar region after the finish. No fractures were detected. A reassessment will be made tomorrow morning. An X-ray of the left foot revealed a bone avulsion.
