With the TraQCentral mobile app as the primary method for requesting support, riders can expect efficient, well-communicated, accurate, and rapid responses. Additionally, TraQCentral allows riders to share their ride with friends and family. By sending a personal link, loved ones can watch the riders’ progress, send “Shout-Outs” (messages), and even share photos along the way. To access the tracking feature, friends and family can go to https://cc.traq-central.com/tracker.
