Team Jumbo-Visma Dominates Team Time Trial at Vuelta a Burgos

The Dutch cycling team, Jumbo-Visma, emerged victorious in the team time trial at the Vuelta a Burgos. The seven-man squad executed the tricky course with precision, maintaining a high pace throughout. Attila Valter, who played a crucial role in leading the team, expressed his satisfaction with their performance, stating, “I think our team time trial was almost perfect.” The team completed the race with an average speed of 53 kilometres per hour, securing a 19-second advantage over Movistar.

Valter, who will proudly wear the leader’s jersey, acknowledges the challenge of maintaining his position, particularly with strong teammate Primož Roglič. However, he remains optimistic about his chances in the general classification, stating, “Hopefully, I can finish high in the general classification as well.”

Team director Marc Reef lauded the team’s effort, describing it as a “great day for the team.” With this victory, Team Jumbo-Visma’s season tally now stands at an impressive 47 victories.
