Tyler Williams Leaves L39ION – Joins National Cycling League’s Miami Nights

The National Cycling League (NCL) has made a significant signing, bringing Tyler Williams on board from the UCI Continental team, L39ION of Los Angeles. Williams, a seasoned professional cyclist with a decade of experience, will be making his debut with the NCL-owned team, Miami Nights, in the upcoming 2024 season.

Miami Nights boasts a roster of talented athletes, including Paola Muñoz, Andrea Cyr, Clever Martinez, Jonny Clarke, Brittany Parffrey, Heidy Praderas, and Daniely Garcia, all of whom have recently re-signed with the team.

Having spent six years racing internationally in Europe and Asia, Williams is no stranger to the sport. Since his return to the United States in 2019, he has been actively involved in growing cycling in his home country. Williams has achieved impressive victories, including winning Athens Twilight, Tulsa Tough’s Cry Baby Hill, and the Walmart Joe Martin Stage Race (JMSR). He also delivered remarkable performances at the 2023 USA Pro National Championships, finishing third in the criterium and second in the road race.
