# ProTeam Lotto Cycling Team Sets Sights on La Vuelta a España with a Dynamic Roster
The ProTeam Lotto Cycling Team is geared up for the exciting challenge of La Vuelta a España, featuring a talented lineup that includes Elia Viviani, Alec Segaert, and Arjen Livyns, among others. The team consists of eight riders: Alec Segaert, Arjen Livyns, Eduardo Sepúlveda, Elia Viviani, Jasper De Buyst, Jonas Gregaard, Lars Craps, and Liam Slock, all ready to represent the team over the next three weeks across Spain and its neighbouring territories.
With a versatile selection of riders, the team is well prepared to tackle various terrains throughout the race. In the sprint stages, Viviani will be the focal point, aided by Jasper De Buyst, renowned for his skills as one of the top lead-out riders in the peloton. Their extensive experience in Grand Tours will provide crucial leadership and steadiness needed during the more intense moments of the competition.
In the mountainous sections, cyclists Eduardo Sepúlveda and Jonas Gregaard are set to take the initiative by seeking early breakaways to create competitive scenarios. Meanwhile, Alec Segaert is making his Grand Tour debut and will be pivotal for the time trial stages, aiming to shine on this prestigious platform. Fellow debutant Liam Slock is also eager to leverage this opportunity, looking to gain valuable experience and showcase his resilience during the challenging phases of the race. Arjen Livyns and Lars Craps will lend their versatile support throughout the various stages.
“Our line-up for this Vuelta brings together sprinters, climbers, and young talents discovering their first three-week race,” says sports manager Mario Aerts. “Elia has shown he can compete against the very best, and with Jasper he has great support in the finales. Eduardo and Jonas will go on the attack in the mountains, and for Alec and Liam this will be a milestone in their development.
