Title: Filippo Ganna Claims Second Place in Tirreno-Adriatico Time Trial

Filippo Ganna made an impressive showing in the opening time trial of Tirreno – Adriatico, finishing in a close second place, just one second behind the stage winner. The flat, 10-kilometer course in Lido di Camaiore kept the time gaps small among the favorites, with Ganna initially in third and making a fierce push towards the finish line. Despite the tight competition, Ganna fell just short of securing the stage win, with Juan Ayuso of UAE – Team Emirates edging out the victory. Young rider Magnus Sheffield faced a setback on a corner but managed to recover and finish just 31 seconds behind the stage winner.
