Ewen Costiou has set his sights on achieving a significant victory at the upcoming Trofeo Laigueglia race. Despite facing challenges in previous competitions, Costiou remains optimistic about his current form and his ambitions for the upcoming event.

Costiou expressed his determination, stating, “I want to do better and go for a big result.” Reflecting on his performance at Ardèche Classic, he acknowledged being unfortunate to have been involved in a group crash but emphasized his confidence in his physical condition. He also highlighted his past success at Trofeo Laigueglia, stating, “I’m looking forward to the Trofeo Laigueglia, where last year I did rather well.”

Acknowledging the demanding nature of the racecourse, which features three challenging climbs followed by a demanding final circuit, Costiou emphasized the importance of strategic gameplay and maintaining peak performance during crucial moments. He welcomed the return of teammates Clément Champoussin and Louis Barré, noting that their presence would strengthen the team and enhance their chances of success.
