Mickaël Leveau: “We’re going into this race with a lot of desire”.

“I spent several weeks training at altitude in Sierra Nevada with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team to prepare for the second half of the season. The Mercan’Tour Classic will mark my return to competition. I’ve been training hard and I’m really looking forward to the start in Puget-Théniers. It’s a race I’ve already done twice, and it’s on my home turf. The profile is suitable for pure climbers, with fairly long passes and almost 4,000 metres of positive vertical drop. I’m hoping to get a good result and have a great race, especially as other important dates are approaching”.
