“The Tour of Slovakia is a class 1 event. We’ll be fielding a strong line-up for this high-level competition, with the likes of Soudal-Quick Step, Lotto Dstny, Jayco-AlUla and Cofidis all starting. There will be stages on which we can try our luck, while the inaugural thirty-kilometre team time-trial could quickly determine the overall classification. So we’ll have to negotiate it well. We’ll be trying to play on several fronts: the general classification and stage successes. Even if it’s a class 1 event, we can hope to win a stage, given the quality of the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team involved in the Tour of Slovakia”.
