Israel – Premier Tech is geared up with a formidable lineup for the Tour de Romandie, ready to make a mark on the Suisse WorldTour stage race. The team is aiming for victory each day of the six-day race, with multiple options for both stage wins and the general classification.

Sports director Zak Dempster is confident in the team’s capabilities, stating, “We are bringing a good team to this race and I really think that we have a rider capable of winning almost every day this week. The main objective is to win and we have multiple options for both stage wins and the general classification.“

Michael Woods, who recently achieved top-10 finishes in both Flèche Wallonne and Liège-Bastogne-Liège, is eager to start racing at Tour de Romandie. He expresses his excitement, saying, “My legs feel really good and I’m excited to get started with Tour de Romandie. Firstly, I’ll be looking for stage wins and then we will see about the GC. With a bit of luck, I think we can do great things this week.“

The six-day race offers various terrain challenges, including a short and technical prologue, hilly stages, and a final day with a 15-kilometer individual time trial. The team’s lineup includes Patrick Bevin, Alex Cataford, Chris Froome, Jakob Fuglsang, Krists Neilands, Corbin Strong, and Michael Woods.
