Deputy Team Principal Rod Ellingworth expressed enthusiasm for the demanding route, stating, “We’ve selected an exciting group of riders that bring a mix of skills and experience. One of the team’s standout riders is Egan Bernal, the 2019 Tour de France champion. Tom Pidcock, who made a name for himself with a stage win and the white jersey at last year’s Tour, is also ready to make his mark. Pidcock expressed excitement for the opportunity to build on his previous success and race alongside the best riders in the world.
