Florian Sénéchal and Amaury Capiot Ready for Their Return to Flandriennes
After a period of recovery and preparation, Florian Sénéchal and Amaury Capiot are set to make their comeback at the upcoming race, “À Travers la Flandre.” Sénéchal opens up about his anticipation for the event, stating, “It’s a very beautiful race with lots of bumps one after the other. The finish is flatter, and may favor sprinters who have managed to get through the difficulties well.”
Despite facing challenges due to a previous crash, Sénéchal showcases his determination to perform, mentioning, “The race is hilly, but not overly so. So there are several possible scenarios. For my part, I haven’t lost too much of my physical condition: after two or three days following my crash at the Bredene Koksijde Classic, I was already on the home-trainer, then resumed riding on the road.” With the race on the horizon, both cyclists are focused on how they will feel during the competition and navigating the cobbled bumps.
