Aurélien Paret-Peintre Finishes 15th Overall in Giro d’Italia

The AG2R CITROËN team showcased their strength during the Giro d’Italia with top 10 finishes in 6 stages.

Aurélien Paret-Peintre, the standout performer, claimed victory in stage 4 at Lago Laceno and secured fifth place in stage 18 at Val di Zoldo. In their debut Grand Tour, Valentin Paret-Peintre (5th on stage 13 in Crans-Montana) and Alex Baudin (10th on stage 12 in Rivoli) also achieved top-10 finishes. Despite not starting stage 11, Andrea Vendrame impressed with two top-10 finishes in this 106th edition, claiming 10th in stage 3 in Melfi and 8th in stage 7 in Salerno.

The team’s collective efforts resulted in a commendable 5th-place finish in the team classification for the 106th edition.
