In a fiercely contested edition of the Brabantse Pijl, ProTeam’s Luca Van Boven finished impressively in 7th place, showcasing his tenacity and strategic racing skills. From the outset, the team demonstrated a serious commitment to the race, maintaining a strong position and executing a well-thought-out plan.
As the race progressed into the local laps, the intensity surged, requiring the riders to manage their energy meticulously amidst numerous climbs and relentless accelerations. “The race was really hard and intense on the local laps. It was important for us to dose our efforts well so we could still stick to our plan,” Van Boven reflected on the challenges faced during the event.
