As the renowned Flemish spring classic, Middelkerke-Wevelgem, prepares for its 88th edition, Team Visma | Lease a Bike is entering the race with a strong sense of confidence. Known for its challenging 240-kilometer route featuring eight steep climbs, this year’s event promises to be as thrilling as ever. The team has previously dominated the race, clinching victory in two of the last five editions. Once again, former champions Wout van Aert and Christophe Laporte will be taking to the starting line, adding valuable experience to the roster.
The race kicks off with a flat segment, but it is often in De Moeren, known for its open wind-swept landscape, where pivotal moments unfold.
