The guys kept me out of trouble all day and did a great job, especially in the final.” He notably praised his younger teammate Matisse Van Kerckhove, “Matisse is only 18 years old, but what he showed in the final today was impressive.”
The teamwork displayed by Team Visma | Lease a Bike was crucial, as Brennan continued, “Niklas Behrens and Wout then took over and brought me comfortably to the finish line. I am delighted that I was able to finish it off.
