Stevie Williams emerged victorious in the Santos Tour Down Under, claiming the General Classification win and the biggest victory of his career. Defeating Oscar Onley atop Mount Lofty on the final stage, Williams exhibited exceptional performance and unwavering determination. He expressed, “That finish is perfect for me. It’s so punchy. I’ve got a knack of being able to hold on and hold on and luckily I was able to get back on the wheel [in the finale], read the situation and capitalized by opening up at 250 meters to go.”
