Dan McLay Reflects on 4th Place Finish in Paris-Chauny Race
Despite narrowly missing out on a podium finish in the Paris-Chauny race, Dan McLay of the Arkéa-Samsic team remains optimistic about his performance. McLay finished in 4th place but acknowledges that the stronger driver, Jasper Philipsen, took the win.
McLay attributes his 4th place finish to a poor choice of trajectory on the final circuit, where he mistakenly took the wrong side of the road after the last bend. However, he feels that this result is still a reflection of his capabilities and believes that 4th place is where he belongs.
Speaking about his form and physical condition, McLay expresses confidence that it will benefit the Arkéa-Samsic team in the upcoming races. He hopes that his consistency and strong performance will pay off in the future competitions.
